As Client Service Manager, Dana assists the Client Services teams to manage their workload and maintain the high-quality and personal client experience that we strive for. Her passion is to encourage and grow team-members through education and training, and create standardised processes.

Dana also looks after much of the recruitment for our client services team.

Her favourite part? Creating an environment where the team feels so supported, and where they enjoy coming to work each day.

Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management and Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources. She started out at My Wealth Solutions thinking she would be doing Financial Advice one day, but quickly discovered her heart was with the team itself.

When she is not at work, she can be found at the beach enjoying the sun, eating out with friends and visiting her family property in Eumundi (where she has a horse!).
