My wife and I have known and dealt with Guy, Nikki and all the rest of the team over many years. First came to know Guy when he was part of the CUA team and followed him over eventually to the My Wealth platform. They assisted me with setting up a pre-retirement package to minimise my taxation situation with salary sacrifice, investments and other cost saving plans. Nikki and others helped us enormously when I eventually retired from my Marine Engineer's career and had to deal with CentreLink to get started on a part Aged Pension as well as being self funded from my super. They guided us through the setup and eventual disband of a self managed superfund and we now just motor along on our super plan as guided by the team. They have always treated us very well, have given great advice, always made themselves available at times of query and followed through when requested. My one complaint is that the call waiting music is terrible....... (sorry guys I couldn't resist..!!!) September 2022 The above still stands as our recommendation.
