Xatiese is the Client Service Manager at Borro. Working alongside highly experienced mortgage brokers, she ensures that all clients receive excellent communication throughout every stage of the borrowing process.

Beginning her career at Borro in 2022 with no previous experience, Xatiese has rapidly advanced and now holds a dual role, overseeing the operations side of the business also. She is committed to setting new standards and benchmarks while emphasizing continuous improvement and development.

She has been recognised for her success and work ethic, winning Best Loan Administrator for 2024 in QLD at the Connective Excellence Awards, and Best Loans Administrator at the Queensland’s Better Business Awards 2025. She holds a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

When she’s not working, Xatiese loves to spend time with her husband and three children and enjoys listening to country music.
