Elaine brings over 15 years of experience in People, Culture, Safety and Workforce leadership, working across healthcare, professional services, education, insurance, retail and technology sectors in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. She is a qualified HR professional, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, an Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419).
Throughout her career, Elaine has established People & Culture functions from scratch, driven organisational design and restructuring, strengthened safety and WorkCover performance, and rolled out HR systems and governance frameworks. Working closely alongside executive teams, she has helped shape culture, build capability and support compliance and business growth.
